Awesome article! Thank you for pointing out the many different ailments that Garcinia Cambogia has been used in the treatment of! I was not aware of a couple of the ones you listed, like pectoral angina. How amazing. I have just started taking a GC supplement today and have been researching about it as much as possible. I wanted to make a note that I’ve actually read that GC *might* *help* with migraine, among other things like insomnia. I do agree with what you said — that side effects like headaches can be very dependent upon the person, and other ingredients besides the active ones in the supplement.

Thanks for the great information! 🙂

Yes, it does cause headaches. I don’t always remember to take my Garcinia, but when I do, I ALWAYS end up with a headache! Not a bad one, but a dull, foggy one. I am in excellent health and exercise regularly. Do not usually get headaches because I stay hydrated.

I tried GC for the first time and woke up the next morning with the headache from hell. I didn’t take GC for a few days, then tried it again. Sure enough, I got another horrendous headache. I’m sure it doesn’t cause this side effect in everyone, but it does cause this in me. No more Garcinia for this girl.

I have read a couple of articles that state Garcina Cambogia has tyramines, which for people like me are a migraine trigger, which would also explain why my headaches after using it were extreme to say the least.

I recently started this product for hormonal weight gain, and YES, it gives you a headache. The “type” of headache I get only comes on after taking the Garcinia, it usually goes away after some headache medicine, however, with that said, I am desperate to loose a few pounds so I will finish the bottle and see what the results are.

      Hi Bubbles,
Please discontinue use if you experience any medical issues.
Garcinia will function as an appetite suppressant if you continue with the same caloric intake and do not increase activity its benefits will be only minor

Do not try GC I took for one day and it triggered such a horrible headache that I cried my eyes out. Today is third day and I still have a full headache. The manufacturers of this pills have other things in it too. So I would recommend not to waste money on such scam. To describe it better my headaches are mettalic-painful.
