I know this product increases metabolism 130%. Or so I have read. I understand you only use this for a short time. :
    1. How long should you take this product?

    2. Once stop taking it, does metabolism slow down again thus weight comes back on?

    3. What is the percentage of people who have kept the weight off , 6 months, 1 year, more than 1 year?
    4. Who do you work for? Wanting to know if you are biased. For example, if you work for a company that may benefit from the purchase of this product.
That does not mean you are giving false information. But I would like to know

    Thank you for your time

      Hi Claudia,
      Thanks for your questions.
It appears the main benefit with Garcinina is that it reduces appetite & will increase metabolism.
On that basis once Garcinia is discontinued which is classified as a food supplement your appetite and metabolic rate will return to what is was. Ideally you become more active once once some weight is shed.
We are unaware of of statistics regarding ongoing weight loss. The reality is if you continue to maintain your caloric intake and make poor dietary decisions you will not lose weight. Even if you have lap band surgery, education is an essential to make good decisions.
Garcinia is not a miracle product as it has been declared.
We are a team of researchers who produce this website. You will note that this website is an Amazon Affiliate site so we do derive income from the sale of Garcinia.
The taking of Garcinia may have side effects but this also true of pharmaceuticals. This website is for educational interest only.
