    So few report constipation, because they really do not understand what it is to be regular. I believe most people are probably usually constipated. If you are not having a movement morning, afternoon, and night; you are constipated.

      You are correct Bruce the consumption of processed foods combined with a protein diet creates constipation that will be mistaken for the norm
