Garcinia Cambogia Gives You Constipation?

One of the possible side effects of Garcinia Cambogia could be constipation, but we have not found this to be a major complaint. In fact, in the 15+ clinical studies with over 900 participants, only very mild adverse reactions were documented include: dizziness, dry mouth, and nausea and diarrhea.

So while it’s possible garcinia cambogia extract could make you constipated, it’s not a commonly reported issue ¬†and did not turn up much in our research.

Even multi-vitamins can make some people feel constipated, as these types of reactions tend to be very person-dependent.
